Solutions Architect for Detections

Job Summary

To improve detection workflows and support key customer implementations, the full-time remote Solutions Architect for Detections will design and optimize sourcing queries, partner with Product and Engineering teams, and analyze trends to inform scalable platform improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize sourcing queries, collection methods, and detection workflows across available data sources
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and emerging threat patterns
• Analyze trends in alerts and escalations to inform platform and process improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or threat intelligence
• Proven ability to support customer requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with detection methodology is helpful but not required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A thoughtful and resourceful approach to problem-solving
