• Deep understanding of "Support as a Profit Center" and related metrics like LTV and NRR
• Exceptional presence and ability to build trust with client-side executives
• Proven ability to create structured, scalable service programs from player data and client goals
• Strong understanding of the VIP player psyche across various gaming genres
