Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time Solutions Architect - Health IT will design, develop, and modernize public-interest digital services remotely, focusing on secure and scalable solutions for health and government systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own solution architecture across front-end applications, APIs, data services, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead the evolution of configurable workflows and design versioned APIs and data models
- Guide development teams, ensuring prototypes transition to reliable production systems while maintaining security and compliance
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in designing and developing production software systems with technical leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, modern application architecture, and relational data models
- Health IT experience or equivalent experience with complex, regulated data systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, health informatics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
