Solutions Architect - Property & Casualty

Job Summary

Leading large engineering programs, the full-time remote Solutions Architect - Property & Casualty will manage complex builds and modernization efforts while driving standardized delivery approaches and providing technology leadership in the insurance domain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee large engineering programs, ensuring delivery predictability, quality metrics, and risk mitigation across multi-vendor ecosystems
• Lead solutioning for strategic pursuits, including customer-focused solutions and practice offerings aligned with insurance needs
• Act as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders on application modernization and digital engineering strategy, translating business objectives into measurable engineering roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, with at least 5 years in the insurance domain (P&C/Reinsurance)
• Demonstrated leadership in large development programs and multi-release initiatives using agile/waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Modernization
• Experience with cloud-native solutions and applied skills in app development technologies such as Web API and Azure Services
