Job Summary

Experienced pre-sales professionals will find a full-time Solutions Architect, Retail opportunity focused on leading technical strategy for large enterprises in the Retail and CPG sectors, driving data-driven transformations and adoption of ML & AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical voice for 1-5 key clients, guiding them through the adoption of Databricks solutions
• Implement and align technical strategies within accounts to enhance customer engagement and success
• Provide mentorship to team members and build a network of technical champions within client organizations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with large accounts in the Retail and CPG space, generating over $1 million ARR
• 3+ years in a pre-sales role or supporting sales activities
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud technologies
• Experience with design and implementation of big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, and OLAP
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
