Job Summary

Experienced pre-sales professionals will find a full-time Solutions Architect, Retail opportunity focused on guiding large enterprises through data-driven transformations by defining and directing technical strategies, while collaborating closely with account executives and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical voice for 1-5 key clients, leading their adoption of Databricks solutions
• Implement and align technical strategies within accounts, fostering a movement of technical champions
• Mentor team members while driving data-driven business transformations and change initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with large enterprises in the Retail and CPG sectors
• 3+ years in a pre-sales role or supporting sales activities
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies
• Experience with design and implementation of big data technologies such as Hadoop and NoSQL
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
