Solutions Architect - SAP

Job Summary

To support the technical foundation of Zip's ERP and integration ecosystem, the full-time remote Solutions Architect - SAP will architect and standardize SAP integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices for scalable customer implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and standardize SAP integrations, including ECC and S/4HANA, to ensure robust and repeatable customer implementations
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with product architecture and customer needs
• Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized assets

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP environments (ECC, S/4HANA) or procurement platforms (Ariba)
• Strong foundational knowledge of core SAP business processes and data models, particularly in Materials Management (MM) and Financials (FI)
• Familiarity with standard SAP integration methods, such as IDocs, BAPI/RFC, and OData APIs
• Experience with XML/REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols
• Past experience in ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration
