Solutions Architect: ServiceNow IRM

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Architect: ServiceNow IRM will provide subject matter expertise, translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions, and mentor technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards
• Provide expertise on risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring processes
• Guide technical teams during the IRM implementation lifecycle, translating business needs into effective solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, focusing on GRC processes
• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or related fields
• Proven success in architecting and delivering significant ServiceNow IRM implementations for large enterprises
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow IRM suite and risk management frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
