Solutions Architect: ServiceNow IRM

Job Summary

To lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, the contract Solutions Architect: ServiceNow IRM will work 100% remotely, providing subject matter expertise and mentoring technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Provide expertise on risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform
• Guide and mentor technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices during the implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, focusing on GRC processes
• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or a related field
• Deep functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow IRM suite and risk management frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
