Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the team of Solutions Architects and Estimators
• Guide the development of system designs, solutions, and estimates for large-scale projects
• Collaborate with sales and vertical leadership to align solutions with customer requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, or project management for large-scale security projects
• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments
• Proficiency in advanced estimating tools and project collaboration software
• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
