Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordination for a team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Estimators
• Guide the team in developing system designs, solutions, estimates, and proposal strategies for large-scale enterprise opportunities
• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex projects and collaborate with sales leadership to align solution strategies with customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, or project management for complex electronic physical security projects
• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments
• Proficiency in advanced estimating tools and project collaboration software
• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
