Solutions Architect Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Architects and Estimators in the Utilities Vertical, the full-time remote Solutions Architect Team Lead will provide technical leadership, develop system designs and proposals, and ensure quality across complex security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordination for a team focused on large-scale enterprise and data center opportunities
• Guide the development of system designs, solutions, estimates, and proposal strategies while ensuring consistency and quality
• Collaborate with sales and vertical leadership to align solution strategies with customer requirements and business goals

Required qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, or project management for complex electronic physical security projects
• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems for large-scale and multi-site projects
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments
• Proficiency in advanced estimating tools and project collaboration software
• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
