Job Summary
To drive key business decisions and innovate critical tools such as Workday, the remote Solutions Architect, Total Rewards will design and implement compensation architecture, manage complex configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance compensation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture for mid-year and annual rewards cycles
- Lead technical readiness for compensation cycles, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday compensation, troubleshooting integration issues and supporting data integrity
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and configuration, specifically in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Experience managing compensation cycle execution for a global organization
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to navigate complex problems and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across global business units
