Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of experienced Solutions Architects, facilitating their involvement in critical architectural discussions
• Guide the team through strategic product-focused evolution, ensuring alignment and high performance
• Represent the Solutions Architecture function in cross-functional forums to address technical challenges and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams
• Mastery of the HCM / ATS ecosystem, with experience in SmartRecruiters and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
• Expertise in overseeing complex architectural solutions
• Ability to translate field intelligence into actionable insights for product development
• Strong operational excellence with a growth mindset in fast-paced environments
