Job Summary

Leading a team in the Financial Services sector, the full-time Solutions Architecture Manager will recruit and mentor architects, drive industry strategy, and provide technical leadership across NVIDIA's products to support Capital Markets use cases, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and mentor architects, aligning their development with industry and company goals
• Drive Financial Services Industry strategy through cross-team collaboration
• Provide technical leadership on NVIDIA products to support industry business development and sales initiatives

Required qualifications

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering from a leading university or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of strong technical leadership experience in team development and collaboration
• 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, development, or model training relevant to financial services
• Experience with NVIDIA software pipelines and GPU products
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
