Solutions Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Solutions Associate will engage with clients throughout the onboarding process, develop project plans, and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' business domains and workflows
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders from project inception through go-live implementation
• Lead multiple implementation projects and document customer process flows while identifying system gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Economics, or Engineering preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in solutions management, project management, or related fields
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills with internal and external customers
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for project management
• Understanding of technical aspects of software implementation is a plus
