• Proven experience with contract playbooks and standardized negotiation processes
• Deep technical legal skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment
• Passion for AI and experience with advanced prompting techniques
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solve complex technical problems
