Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Center Analyst for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to students, recommenders, and member institutions through a multi-channel support center
  • Assist in documentation and provide feedback to improve web-based products
  • Participate in departmental activities and interact with various constituent groups
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in Help Desk, customer service, or technical support
  • Willingness to work specified shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Suite
