Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Solutions Center Supervisor will develop and coach team members to enhance customer experience and drive business growth while managing performance and aligning with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships and provide coaching to team members to support the IGS residential product suite
- Create a proactive environment for team members to grow the business through effective product education and sales
- Lead performance management through coaching, evaluations, and goal setting to improve team productivity
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- One or more years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service or operations environment
- Proven ability to train and develop teams effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and possible Saturdays
