Solutions Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the planning, configuration, documentation, and testing of technology-enabled business solutions, the full-time Solutions Configuration Analyst will work across teams to translate business needs into configured workflows, manage multiple projects, and ensure solutions align with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create documentation, and collaborate with developers to build and evaluate solutions
• Configure no-code software platforms and extract data for business intelligence to enhance processes
• Support testing, release management, and operational readiness while ensuring timely accomplishment of solution milestones

Required qualifications

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis and information environments
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle and experience with data management
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts
• Experience with machine learning and AI technologies
• Proficiency in assembling Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word documentation under tight deadlines
