Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant in Washington, D.C. or Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new customers through onboarding process and provide managed services
• Conduct product trainings and workshops, complete implementation cohorts, and drive process improvements
• Meet or exceed implementation and adoption goals, develop subject matter expertise, and provide custom Managed Services

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role for a SaaS platform
• Background or expertise in Public Affairs, Grassroots Advocacy, Stakeholder Mapping/Management, Legislative Tracking, or Graphic Design
• Proven track record of project management and adhering to project milestones
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for technology and desire to make a meaningful impact on customer experience
