Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical resource for sales calls and questions, consult with customers to win deals, and overcome technical challenges
• Provide insights into prospective customer needs and roadblocks for sales, and improve workflows and implement customer feedback
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure customer needs are met and to streamline pre-sales scoping and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IT, Project, or Solutions/Sales Engineering experience, preferably in an MSP environment
• 2+ years of experience working in a client-facing environment
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, build custom solutions, and work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage and motivate teams, prioritize projects, and perform ongoing analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT security frameworks and ability to understand compliance frameworks
