Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support Sales and Account Management teams on complex enterprise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Account Management in closing complex global deals through technical demonstrations and subject matter expertise
• Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure efficient account onboarding
• Partner with Product Development to shape product roadmaps and address competitive gaps

Required Qualifications

• Intimate knowledge of relevant systems, products, and processes or extensive industry experience
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HR Technology Solutions and project management software
• Ability to understand and present complex technical information
• HR Solution Sales experience is a plus
