Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Directors to understand customer goals and support discovery conversations
Translate customer challenges into impactful use cases and deliver customized demos
Scope and execute customer evaluations, providing onboarding and long-term success roadmaps

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Solutions Consulting or Research Consulting
Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies with hands-on experience
Ability to communicate complex research workflows effectively
BA/BS degree in business, behavioral sciences, HCI, design research, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting enterprise-level sales cycles is a plus
