Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant for North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and qualify customer goals while articulating the company's value proposition
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop sales strategies and assist in various sales stages
- Manage customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering role within the B2B SaaS space
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration methodologies and API/SDK architecture
- Experience in running successful Proof of Concepts with high conversion rates
- Technical knowledge in mobile/web platforms and SaaS architecture
- Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical pre-sales is a plus
