Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and qualify customer goals while articulating the company's value proposition
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop sales strategies and assist in various sales stages
  • Manage customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering role within the B2B SaaS space
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration methodologies and API/SDK architecture
  • Experience in running successful Proof of Concepts with high conversion rates
  • Technical knowledge in mobile/web platforms and SaaS architecture
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical pre-sales is a plus
