Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant - AI & Agentic Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and guided coaches for various customer-facing personas
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, identify problems, and define desired outcomes
• Translate complex business processes into structured agent logic and maintain evaluation harnesses for agent performance

Required Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate customer workflows
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions engineering or value consulting
• Ability to create structured, scalable workflows from ambiguous processes
• Experience writing PRDs, workflow diagrams, and similar design documentation
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and enterprise systems
