Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant- Client Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in products and services, supporting the Client Success Team in identifying business requirements and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Client Development Directors and clients throughout the sales and renewal cycle, providing strategic recommendations to reduce client risk and drive growth
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales collateral
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience in health insurance/benefits or health and wellness industry preferred
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or equivalent CRM to manage sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated ability in managing long sales cycles or complex enterprise sales
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications
