Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant - Post Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers and configure the product to address their procurement challenges
• Manage the full end-to-end implementation of workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and technical setup
• Provide expert guidance on integrating the product into clients' systems and conduct training sessions

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work experience, with 2-3 years in a solution consultant or project management role
• Experience with end-to-end project management and managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience in consulting on platform integration and optimizing workflows
• Strong technical skills in software configuration and familiarity with JSON and API documentation
• In-depth understanding of B2B procure-to-pay processes and experience in the procurement space
