Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support complex healthcare, arts, and enterprise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Revenue teams to lead technical discovery, solution scoping, and implementation of integrations
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Grateful Patient Solution and guide customers through technical processes
Create and maintain documentation, best practices, and enablement resources for internal teams

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation
Experience with enterprise or healthcare customers and technical scopes of work
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration workflows
Experience with CRM integrations, preferably Salesforce
Familiarity with data structures and schema mapping
