Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support large-scale clients in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution to ensure positive customer experiences
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide monthly account reporting to internal stakeholders
• Serve as a customer advocate and escalate critical issues for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing support or consulting role
• Good project management skills and ability to handle conflicting priorities
• Working knowledge of Internet hosted applications, computer security, and networking
• Experience in coordinating internal resources to solve complex support issues
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
