Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant who will guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure alignment between sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFP/proposal pricing, scope of services, and service level agreements
• Prepare and deliver system demos and support sales presentations
• Oversee the handoff from Sales to Operations and ensure alignment during implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in benefits administration outsourcing
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration outsourcing and system implementation
• Experience in a sales organization, including demo execution and proposal management
• Familiarity with conferencing technology such as Zoom or WebEx
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
