Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join their Sales team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to opportunity qualification, sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction with project deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and articulate the value of the platform to clients
• Conduct technical discovery, create documentation, and respond to technical inquiries in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software consulting, pre-sales consulting, product management, or customer success
• Experience in customer success management, account management, or professional services
• Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
• Ability to work autonomously in a driven organization
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
