Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Solutions Consultant will engage in full-time work, leading clients through the discovery and design of custom software applications, managing client relationships, and supporting Microapp sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution design for microapp projects, translating business needs into software solutions
• Serve as Engagement Manager, managing client relationships, timelines, and project completion
• Analyze and document design specifications, facilitating client review sessions and incorporating feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 4-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Experience leading client-facing discovery and design work
• Ability to travel to client locations and semi-annual firm meetings
• U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. is required
