Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support the pre-sales lifecycle for Phoenix Enterprise's offerings, the full-time Solutions Consultant will engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, deliver tailored presentations, and collaborate with sales and product teams to implement effective clinical pharmacology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to assess their clinical pharmacology workflow needs and provide tailored solutions
• Deliver customized solution presentations and product demonstrations that address client specifications
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate client challenges into actionable product recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacometrics, data science, or a related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to both sponsor and vendor-side roles
• Deep understanding of clinical pharmacology and DMPK pipelines, including data analysis and modeling
• Experience in supporting complex software solutions in a consultative capacity
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for PK/PD modeling and simulation tools
