Job Summary

To support the sales process, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will engage with clients to deliver tailored software demonstrations, understand business needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to solution presentation
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to identify operational challenges and desired outcomes in construction and ERP environments
  • Design and deliver customized software demonstrations that align Access Construction ERP solutions with customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Background in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced sales environments
  • Collaborative approach with effective cross-functional teamwork
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining opportunity and customer activity records
