Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing public sector initiative, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will lead discovery and solution design for government stakeholders, crafting strategies that align with agency missions and Granicus products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution strategy and discovery for high-priority opportunities in both Spanish and English
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to validate design feasibility and delivery approach
• Create and deliver compelling, outcome-driven solution presentations tailored to stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• 3+ years of experience in presales, consulting, solution design, or architecture for a SaaS company
• Ability to lead discovery conversations and produce clear, bilingual solution documentation
• Demonstrated ability to develop structured solution designs using visuals and narratives
• Proven track record of independently leading discovery and solution design for complex opportunities
