Job Summary

Leading client migrations from legacy PR monitoring platforms to the new system, the temporary contract Associate Solutions Consultant will manage project execution, customer training, and cross-functional coordination while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution of client migrations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer needs
• Execute migration activities, including platform setup and training sessions tailored to various user groups
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers, facilitating communication and ensuring a seamless migration experience

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management, customer success, solutions consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards shared goals
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with data to track progress and inform decisions
