Job Summary
Partnering with sales teams, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will demonstrate the value of Zywave's solutions to clients by conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored presentations, and supporting implementation planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify client challenges and translate business needs into customized solution demonstrations
- Create and refine presales assets, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging
- Provide guidance on solution design and configuration during implementation planning to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery
Required qualifications
- Strong consulting and presales skills, including experience in conducting discovery and delivering product demonstrations
- Proven sales support experience, particularly in partnering with account executives to drive opportunities to closure
- Solid analytical skills to interpret complex business problems and translate data findings into solution recommendations
- Effective project management skills to coordinate presales activities and manage timelines
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
