Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for a SaaS-based TMS platform, the full-time Solutions Consultant will manage customer integration projects, collaborate with sales to demonstrate solutions, and ensure clients maximize the value of the system while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with sales to understand customer goals and conduct discovery sessions for requirements gathering
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and collaborate with product teams to ensure feasibility
• Act as a trusted advisor post-implementation, identifying optimization opportunities and providing Tier 2 support

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering/architecture or technical project management with customer interaction
• Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integration
• Experience with system integration design, implementation, and testing (EDI/API)
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey client needs to technical teams
• Firsthand experience with a TMS system is a plus
