Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Consultant will determine the strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities while collaborating with sales and implementation teams to craft and communicate effective solution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and position products as solutions through customized demos
• Provide technical information and advice to influence sales revenue and product development
• Collaborate with various divisions to gather insights and drive revenue growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in communication preferred
• Prior experience in tax and accounting sales or support is a plus
• Thorough understanding of the accounting/tax software industry
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of relevant products and services
• Experienced presenter with effective communication skills
