Job Summary
Supporting enterprise sales opportunities remotely, the Solutions Consultant will manage technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and develop solution designs while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support strategic sales opportunities and lead customer discovery sessions
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to various audiences and develop reusable demonstration assets
- Translate customer requirements into solution approaches and assist in proposal management for RFPs and RFIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions consulting, or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated experience conducting executive-level software demonstrations
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architecture
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
