Job Summary

Partnering closely with Account Managers, the full-time Solutions Consultant will shape technical sales strategies, serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, and present tailored customer demonstrations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve quota goals across the Work-from-Anywhere portfolio
  • Deliver product demonstrations and manage technical discovery and Q&A during the sales process
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and maintain a strong response library/system
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a technical sales or support role
  • Strong understanding or curiosity about modern SaaS solutions, including collaboration and telecom management
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers through various channels
  • Commitment to accuracy in written communication and proposal development
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude towards team success and continuous learning
