Job Summary
Partnering closely with Account Managers, the full-time Solutions Consultant will shape technical sales strategies, serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, and present tailored customer demonstrations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve quota goals across the Work-from-Anywhere portfolio
- Deliver product demonstrations and manage technical discovery and Q&A during the sales process
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and maintain a strong response library/system
Required qualifications
- Experience in a technical sales or support role
- Strong understanding or curiosity about modern SaaS solutions, including collaboration and telecom management
- Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers through various channels
- Commitment to accuracy in written communication and proposal development
- Collaborative and proactive attitude towards team success and continuous learning
