Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Guiding clients through the onboarding process to Go-Live, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will manage RFPs, pricing, and scope of services while collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation of services.

Key responsibilities

• Own RFP/proposal pricing, scope of services, and operational assignments
• Prepare and perform system demos, including development of prospect-specific requirements
• Facilitate the handoff from Sales to Operations and oversee implementation to ensure alignment with contractual agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in benefits administration outsourcing
• 5+ years of experience in the benefits administration outsourcing industry, including system implementation and client relationship management
• Experience in a sales organization, particularly with demo execution and RFPs
• Proficiency in using conferencing technology such as Zoom or WebEx
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
