Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Collaborating with Account Executives and technical teams, the full-time Solutions Consultant will establish partnerships with potential customers, providing expert product demonstrations and tailored financial solutions to align with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Showcase technical accounting features through customized product demos and promote Ramp's value proposition
• Develop tailored product solutions based on customer integration and configuration requirements
• Support Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing advanced technical and accounting implementations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles focused on SaaS solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions
• Expertise in accounting systems and finance/accounting workflows
• Strong skills in engineering, system design, and technical specification writing
