Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Solutions Consultant will manage client opportunities from qualification through proposal delivery, designing scalable, data-driven engagement programs while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Opportunities Through Proposal Delivery: Collaborate with the sales team to drive discovery, scoping, and solution design across active deals
- Structure Client Use Cases: Identify and structure client use cases based on business challenges and desired outcomes
- Build Client-Facing Deliverables: Produce PSGs, business cases, flow charts, and journey diagrams that define scope and align stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 to 6 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a related strategy/product role in B2B SaaS
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or education, with the ability to quickly adapt to compliance requirements
- Proven ability to translate client requirements into scoped, executable solutions and written specifications
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and comfort defining technical requirements
- Strong Salesforce discipline and ability to maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data
