Job Summary

Partnering with Sales to lead multi-stakeholder discovery, the full-time Strategic Solutions Consultant will design tailored solutions for complex enterprise accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead deep discovery sessions with technical, marketing, and executive audiences to identify underlying business challenges
  • Architect customized CreatorIQ solutions by mapping organizational structures and integration landscapes
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and develop account-specific presentations for diverse stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role with experience in large enterprise accounts (SaaS required)
  • Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and the ability to discuss integrations and technical architecture
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience advising clients on technology roadmaps
  • Experience managing security questionnaires and compliance processes in enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to executive-level audiences
