Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the adoption of the Estimate module for new and existing customers, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will engage with builders to streamline complex estimating workflows and ensure effective implementation and usage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and onboarding for the Estimate Module, mapping customer workflows
• Train customers directly and drive early adoption through effective presentations and support
• Manage multiple customer relationships, troubleshooting issues and providing regular account updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating or purchasing, preferably in home building
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Experience in leading training or onboarding for technical audiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize teams and keep projects on track
• Confidence in presenting to customer leadership
