Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the remote Solutions Consultant will provide pre-sales technical assistance, conduct customized solution demonstrations, and collaborate with account executives to address customer needs and improve the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support and conduct live solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and deliver customized presentations
- Contribute technical content for the RFP process and improve the sales process based on customer feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Services
- Familiarity with EHR systems or proven experience with SaaS software
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective demonstrations
- Experience working with multiple, complex product lines is preferred
