Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Working collaboratively with the Sales team, the full-time Solutions Consultant will demonstrate Fleet's capabilities to potential customers, provide technical training, and ensure the sales team is equipped to address customer needs in device management and cybersecurity.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in customer calls to demonstrate Fleet and provide technical explanations
- Deliver internal technical training and support sales enablement activities
- Assist the Customer Success team with technical inquiries during renewal discussions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role within device management or cybersecurity
- Experience working with Enterprise customers to resolve complex technical issues
- Strong background in device management solutions and cybersecurity tools
- Excellent understanding of macOS, Windows, and Linux systems
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and cloud infrastructure deployment
