Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end customer relationship for Enterprise swag programs, the full-time Solutions Consultant will collaborate with the GTM team to ideate, source, and deliver elevated branded merchandise in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer journey for swag programs, from kickoff through ideation and order placement
• Translate customer business goals into executable product concepts through ideation sessions
• Manage multiple concurrent opportunities while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-deliverable programs from brief to delivery
• Strong knowledge of the supplier network and established relationships within the industry
• Experience in a project management or account management role directly owning customer relationships
• Background in handling complex projects at or above the $500k+ level
